United Nations Global Compact
The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) is a national strategic project for organizations dedicated to aligning their activities and initiatives with 10 widely agreed values in the fields of human rights, labor, the climate and anti-corruption.
Launched in July 2000, the United Nations Global Compact is the UN Secretary-General’s strategic policy and advocacy initiative focusing on the alignment of business operations and strategies with ten universal principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. Most importantly, it motivates companies to integrate the SDGs into their core business strategy and operations.
With over 16,000 corporate participants and other stakeholders from over 160 countries engaged through 69 country networks, it is the world’s largest voluntary corporate sustainability initiative in the world.
The Global Compact is a practical framework for the development, implementation, and disclosure of sustainability policies and practices.
Endorsed by chief executives who commit to aligning their businesses to sustainability and shared responsibility for achieving a better world.

A podcast providing a platform for youth advocates to express their concerns and share their work. Created by two young social entrepreneurs who are founders of initiatives addressing gender equality and climate education, this program is driven by discussions about social and environmental impact while exposing the correlation with the SDGs. They scout students from Miami high schools, and from US universities to explore their impact on mission-driven initiatives and to ask questions about pressing topics affecting our global society.
