The Complete List Of Sustainable Development Goals

Author: Chloe Aldrich

Hi, I’m Chloe Aldrich. I’m a 20-year-old Digital Marketing Intern for Cherry Editorial who is supporting Social Impact Movement. One of the things I love about non-profit organizations such as SIM is their emphasis on serving, with no ulterior motive. While success in life is often attributed to being able to afford the luxury of hiring others to serve you – whether it be to clean your house or mow your lawn – I believe we are called to be servants ourselves, using our resources to give back to others however we can. Building a better planet for us to reside in begins with caring for people. This is why I believe the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) are crucial in stimulating actions towards healing the human race and the planet. Here is the complete list of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals:

A Call for Compassion

I believe that a sense of compassion has been instilled in each of us and that we are moved deeply in our hearts by our desire to help someone. Now we must become compelled to the point of action. Our compassion must lead us to feed, heal, and promote equality for others. Responding to the needs of others is the true test of our commitment to love and care for one another. If we are not moved to action by the needs of those around us, we are developing hardened hearts. Researching the SDG’s has increased my awareness about the different ways to help our people and our planet, and has increased my appreciation for how Social Impact Movement is showing compassion towards others.
