Take the LEAP. Be the Change.

LEAP: LEARN ENVIRONMENTAL ADVOCACY PROJECT
A Youth-Led Journey into Climate Action and Policy Change

What is LEAP?

LEAP is more than just a summer internship—it’s a movement built by youth, for youth, designed to tackle the climate crisis from the front lines of public policy. Spearheaded by Zarah Khan Rizvi, a rising junior at Everglades High School, LEAP confronts one of the greatest challenges of our time: inaction.

Learn Empowerment for Advocacy & Protection (LEAP) is a youth-run program that combines climate advocacy with real legislative training. Through dynamic workshops, collaborative policy-writing sessions, and direct mentorship, participants learn to not only understand the issues—they learn how to change them.

Your Impact Starts Here.

This summer, join a cohort of changemakers at the Social Impact Movement’s LEAP program and develop the tools to:

✅ Understand the environmental issues affecting your community.
✅ Write legislation that makes a difference.
✅ Advocate for your policies at local and state levels.
✅ Inspire civic action and lead your peers toward solutions.
