Do you know what can happen when Tech Meets Nonprofits?

Global Ties Miami and its MGC partners will host an informal “Happy Hour” networking event for professionals in the Tech industry in Miami and local non-profit leaders and supporters.

The objective of the event is to build bridges and connections between two local industries that typically have limited interaction with each other in the community.

Event Promotion:

1.    General marketing – Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Calendar

2.    Nonprofit/nonprofit supporters marketing – MGC member newsletters, social media and word of mouth.

3.    Tech marketing – Personal invitations with existing colleagues in Tech, event flyer will be in the newsletters of Refresh Miami, Society for Information Management (partners with South Florida Tech Hub), and Slack Channel for Women in Tech. *We are still working on the “Tech Beach” meetup group.

What we need from you:

1. Inform Athena or Annette of who will be attending from your organization so we can point you out during some brief remarks.

2.    Promote the event where you can to people in both industries.
